Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Simply Meant to Be
Otherwise known as @obscure_kind on twitter and instagram, Simply Meant To Be is an independent artist named Deok Hyeon, based in South Korea. SMTB's first sculpt, a mini-sized boy named Dohwee, debuted and gained popularity on instagram as Deok Hyeon began posting updates in his progress. Dohwee has since been finished and has been available for two preorders in 2019 with a third planned for 2020.
Various events caused Deok Hyeon to take a hiatus from selling dolls, and the third preorder eventually took place in March 2023, with dolls beginning to ship in July 2023.

Sculpts
Dohwee
Dohwee is the first doll being sold by SMTB. His first preorder opened in August of 2019, and his second in November of the same year. Deok Hyeon has announced plans for a third preorder in April or May of 2020. He is available in Mid Pale (White), Light Peach (Normal Skin), and Ruddy Real (light Tan). The Ruddy Real skintone was added for the second preorder and was not available originally.
The third (2023) preorder changed all of the available resin colors, replacing them with Berry Pale (white), Dolly Peach (normal skin), Juicy Real (light tan), and Sunkissed Tan (dark tan). Dolls were able to be ordered as full dolls or floating heads. All dolls and heads include two interchangeable mouth parts (teeth, and teeth with braces), and full dolls include a pair of alternate "fist" hands.
A fourth pre-order period was announced in January 2024, along with a statement from Deok Hyun that she would be retiring the Dohwee sculpt afterward (with the possibility for stock sales). Dohwee was offered in Berry Pale, Dolly Peach, Pink Peach (a revival of the "Light Peach" color from the original two preorders, which is more pink toned than Dolly Peach), Juicy Real, and Sunkissed Tan. During this pre-order period, heads and full dolls were available, along with bodies with no heads for the first time.

Dohwee wears 6-7 size wigs and uses 14mm/5mm eyes in all company photos taken by the sculptor. He is described to have "wider shoulders than other MSD boys" by the sculptor.
Authenticity
Dolls and heads ship in Simply Meant to Be branded boxes with either blankets or custom-cut foam padding (bodies) or bubble wrap (heads). The exact pictures, font, and packaging on the boxes can differ between dolls from the same pre-order period.
Dolls and heads come packed with "International ID Card" style COAs which indicate the resin color, preorder number, and whether the doll was ordered as a full doll or just a body. The COAs do not have unique serial numbers for each doll. The COAs are transparent plastic with opaque ink. (A COA for the third preorder can be viewed on the artist's instagram.)
Authentic, unaltered dolls have visible seam lines and/or sanding marks.
