Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Idealian is a line of dolls sculpted and distributed by Soom. There are two series of dolls: Idealian72 and Idealian51 (or "Paradise Rush).
Contents
Idealian72
After a false start in October - November 2009, when the 73cm "Chosen One" sculpt was released and then recalled, the first Idealian was released in March 2010. The body for this doll was modified from the original Idealian sculpt; however, like the original sculpt, Idealian72 is noted for its high level of detail, including sculpted fingerprints and footprints, a brain that serves the role of S-hook and eye muscles that serve as eye anchors. With the release of a smaller 51cm line of Idealians, the larger Idealian sculpts were renamed Idealian72. The theme for IDealian72 has changed. It began with "Heroes and Antiheroes" theme, moved to a "Time Leapers" theme with the introduction of York, and veered off into a monarchs theme for River.
Limited edition Idealian72 dolls have been released in an irregular bimonthly format starting in 2010. Soom announced in May 2011 that it will be re-releasing some of the earlier Idealian sculpts in limited quantities in a fashion similar to the Soom Gem Special Order Chance releases. In July, 2011,the first Special Edition doll was released. However, it was not a re-release as promised, but an entirely new sculpt.
In September, 2011 Soom released its first female IDealian 72, Albany.

Skin Tones
Skin color has varied for the different limited edition sculpts, from "Tawny" for Branon and "Bronze" for Pangen to "Cream White" for Gluino and Photon, "Normal Skin" for Hyperon and a choice of "Brown Tan" or "Normal Skin"' for York.
