Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. Tiny Fairy dolls are made by BlueFairy and, despite the name, are in the mini size range at 43cm tall. All head sculpts are available as either a girl or a boy directly from Bluefairy through their choice section (or as painted heads), though the standard "special" versions, which come complete with wigs and outfits, are only available in one sex per doll. Many sculpts are released as both boy and girl limited editions versions as well.
The bodies are slightly slimmer than some immature minis, though not quite as slim as slim minis. They generally wear immature mini clothing more easily than slim mini clothing. There are three different options for girl bodies, listed here from least to most mature- girl, blossom, and full blossom. Boys have three body options- boy, dandy and gentle. All bodies are single jointed and standard editions, as well as parts, are only available in normal skin.
Limited editions are cast in white skin or 'baked' skin, the Company's version of tan. The baked skin tone was first introduced in late August/early September 2011 with limited versions of May V. and Olive. As of March 2015, only May, May V., Olive, Kyle, Louis, and Jasmine have been released in Baked, but there was a "Sunshine" tan event held by an official seller of Bluefairy's that operates through facebook, as a result several other undetermined sculpts such as Patrick, Tommy, and Sarang have also been cast in tan resin. While Bluefairy claimes it only has one tan, the company consistently puts out two different tans, the Baked color of the original May V and Olive release, and another, darker tan color that has a more orange hue. There has been some difficulty with people receiving a head with one color of tan resin, and a body with the other; it is unclear how to guarantee you will get the lighter or darker tan. Some of Minoru World's exclusive limited editions were cast in their own misty rose skin (as of October 1, 2012, Minoru World was merged into Blue Fairy and does not sell dolls separately).
The basic girl and boy bodies are the same sculpt used for the Angel Region Little Fair line, as both companies used the same sculptor. In 2013, a new company called Daydream released two sculpts, CoCo and Sally, which appeared very similar to Blue Fairy Tiny Fairy dolls. However, Blue Fairy announced that this is a separate company, and that the dolls being produced are sculpted by an artist who previously worked for Blue Fairy, which explains the similarities.
