Got delivered to me 9 March of 2024! Bought him secondhand.

Provenance:

First owner got him straight from Soom with silicone eyes. He lived in matrass, that came with him. For years he was forgotten, but then I bought him. He was a Keeper of Wisdom release doll from 2011, so he lived untouched for almost 14 years it seems!

Reason for choice:

I am obsessed with old bjd dolls, especially molds that my mother's friend had, and I couldn't resist to purchase him. Spent hours examining his makeup and comparing it to promo/other Chroms with Soom's makeup to make shure everything is okay.

Best Points:

He is a Chrom, which is the best point! I really love his nose - it is crooked, but really gentle.

Worst Points:

His hand was scraped inside by a hook, because it was too long, but it was fixed by Legend. The construction of his elbows seems a little unpractical - there's a really thin part between his lower and upper arm. He has seams, but they are not as bad as they could be with older Soom dolls as I can see. Eyelashes are not it their best condition as it seems + makeup is a little damaged near eyes, because the doll was lying in wig that dyed part of his head and was partly erased to remove the dark spots.

Eyes:

Silicone, they have aged and are a little weird now, but they have a fun shine effect!

Wig:

White-blue. One that was gifted to me by fellow bjd collector ♡

Favourite colours:

More subtle ones because of his leading role.

Key fashion accessory:

A band on his neck. (A little tribute to his favorite idol Rel)

Name story:

Agelon (g like in garden) is actually a third name he has. He was born under one name, then was forced to change it to another to play a role of an emperor. I call him with the chosen name he will have after freeing himself from the unwanted role of a ruler.
