Arawn is a finnish deity of the nature. Long ago, under the name of Hiisi, he lived among his flock, watching over them and his domain. But the Catholics came and converted his followers, making him lose some of his strength and territory.
Diminished, he was attacked by Warg, which cost him his right eye. These two events drastically influenced his personality. From a god that was always benevolent, he became a god who was sometimes good and sometimes vengeful.
When Nyarlathotep goes in search of a source of power other than calling on dark forces, she hears about him and goes to meet him.
When Aylith dies, Nyarlathotep makes a pact with Arawn. In exchange for Warg's right eye, he will bring Aylith's body back to life.
