Reason for choice:

She was actually one of the first female dolls I was interested in buying after only having boys. When she came back up for sale the decision was really a no brainer.

Best Points:

Her skin tone is really nice and her armour really makes her face look amazing.

About:

Aurelia is generally a very silent fae, she doesn’t often speak but when she does she often startles other fae because they probably expect her to have a high voice but her voice is actually quite deep. She’s cold, calculating and is always the first fae to find out about current bounties issued on beings as such she profits quite a lot from these and is quite feared for her ruthless skill in battle. She doesn’t resent the Light Faeries unlike a lot of her people, but neither does she particularly like them either.

She earned her rank as a Dark Knight when her mother died and she was captured and forced into a combat game created by the King and Queen of her kingdom. She defeated all of her opponents and was honoured with the title of a Dark Knight, which is both a privilege and a curse. This title is the highest a regular fae can achieve and is therefore considered a threat to the throne, as such Aurelia keeps her distance from the palace so the King doesn’t place a bounty on her.

While out trying to track down a new bounty she runs into a very lost Rhea and nearly kills her; believing her to be her current bounty target. After Rhea; terrified quickly pleads her innocence Aurelia realises not only is this girl not her target but she is also a Light Faerie. Aurelia initially offers to show her back to the Kingdom of Light but Rhea refuses and tells Aurelia her story. Realising Rhea is quite stubborn Aurelia decides to bring her back to her home, assuming she will eventually give up and want to go home. After two weeks Aurelia realises she might be stuck with a Light Princess living in secret in her house for quite some time (She refuses to admit forever).

Sword of the Fallen: The sword Aurelia has is a legendary weapon that was thought to be a myth however Aurelia’s mother had been in possession of it for centuries and when she was murdered Aurelia inherited it. The sword forms a bond with the bloodline that first rediscovers it from its grave and as such Aurelia inherited it by blood. It is because of this that the sword cannot be wielded by another fae unless they directly share the same bloodline or are bound to the wielder by marriage. If anyone other than the current wielder tries to pick up the sword it burns their skin and becomes incredibly heavy.
