    I wanted a doll to be the younger sister of my other doll, Avalon, and this doll just seemed perfect because she had such a sweet face.
    Best Points:
    I really like Loong Soul bodies, I think the joints are very pretty and they're easy to move. I also really love her eye shape.
    Worst Points:
    On her left hand, the s-hook is a bit funky and it was initially stuck inside her arm, so I had to pull pretty hard to take her hand off and it ended up scratching the inside of the arm. It's just the inside and not at all visible from the outside, but still a bummer.

    I initially named her Sunny, but I changed it to Aurora recently and I feel like this name suits her so much better. The obvious inspiration is Sleeping Beauty's Princess Aurora, but I also like to think of the Aurora Borealis. I've always thought the lights were so beautiful and mystical, so I gave that name to my doll.

    Fantasy Background
    Aurora is the younger sister of Avalon, and she grew up very sheltered in their druidic tribe. She is very talented at plant magic, and so the tribe protects her very carefully so that the city dwellers won't take her away for her extraordinary powers. Due to her knowledge of plants, she excels at creating tinctures and ointments to help with healing for both people and animals. She is kindhearted and loves her brother, but there is an adventurous, mischievous streak in her as well. She likes to play silly pranks on Avalon and her friends, such as one night while Avalon was asleep, she turned his bedroom into an approximation of the forest, complete with grass and flowers sprouting from the floorboards and tree branches growing from the walls.

    Aurora is in high school, and she and her brother live alone. They are no-contact with their parents, due to their dislike of Avalon's sexuality. After high school, she hopes to go to college to become a botanist. When Avalon meets a cute boy at the florist, Aurora is quick to play matchmaker. Thanks to her knowledge of plants, Avalon's new boyfriend, Dove, fits right in and the three of them become inseparable.
