Reason for choice:

I recently got really into anime dolls after seeing custom MDDs on instagram, and fell in love with the cute facial expressions and knew I must have one for myself.

Best Points:

Her adorable face and tiny hands are so cute!!

Worst Points:

I am very unfamiliar with the MDD internal body frame and how it works, so I tend to handle her with extreme caution as I'm afraid of messing something up. I also worry about her staining easily since she's vinyl. Lastly, not really a complaint about the doll herself, but hoo boy was she expensive compared to my other dolls!

any colour of the rainbow as long as it's pastel! (but especially pink and blue)

Name story:

Momoka (Momo meaning peach in Japanese) was the name given to her from her previous owner, and I wanted to honour that name while still giving her a new name, so it's her middle name. Ayako meanwhile can mean "colourful child", and Fujimori means "wisteria forest", both things I think suit her colourful and whimsical aesthetic.

she was created in the year 2094, and existed in her computer form for several years before being transferred to a humanoid android body that appears approximately 16-18 years old

Ayako, or Aya to her friends, was created originally in the year 2094 as AI-4 Project AYAKO, a highly advanced vocaloid-style voicebank with the added bonus of also being her own AI with the ability to create original songs and sing them. She became known as a worldwide vocaloid pop sensation, and performed holographic concerts all over the globe, until she was finally given her own android body, allowing her to inhabit a physical form and giving her newfound freedom. However, disaster would strike the next year when global climate change finally reaches a cataclysmic level and threatens to destroy everything Ayako holds dear. Her creator spent his whole life dedicated to building a machine that could send someone back in time to prevent the disaster everyone knew would come, but no human could survive the journey. Ayako was the only hope for humanity's future, and so she was sent through the machine to the year 2021 to change the course of history the only way she knows how - with her music!
Now living in the present and keeping her true identity a secret, Aya is just another normal girl trying to make a difference in the world with her voice and discovering new things about the world she could never experience in the future. The more time she spends here making friends and learning about humanity, the more she wishes she could be the normal human girl she pretends to be...
