Cassandra is a key character in Lost in the Elysian Fields, story 2 in my Free Lands Trilogy. I painted myself into a corner with the publication of The Takashima Extraction. Story 2 can’t be another extraction story. Once I complete the Elysian Fields characters, I’m sure a new plot will reveal itself.

- I wanted the body for my F19 but she arrived and is just so dang adorable.
- Best Points:
- Very sweet face, her faceup is gorgeous.
- Worst Points:
- The poor dear fell off a shelf during a hurricane and has a gouge on her forehead. That’s why she wears a wig with bangs. The body is older, ca 2008, and single jointed. Limited mobility but there’s something charming about the old Volks bodies.

Everyone in Cassandra’s class were implanted with the Hippocrates Top Secret Sleeper Program during their annual checkup when they were 5 years old.
Trancescape’s Hippocrates Project was a series of experiments designed to allow users to interface tech without implants. The initial experiment resulted in the development of a handful of technomancers but had a high mortality rate. The executive suite pushed for continued development because first to market would rake in the bucks. Hippocrates experiments continued with subjects from Cassandra’s class. Cassie was programmed to seek out advanced tech and use it like a mage.
