Circe "Wish" Donrosen

Head Sculpt:
Dollfie Dream Mirai Standard Edition
Dollfie Dream III (S bust)
  • Face-up artist(s):
    Date of acquisition:
    December 11th, 2015
    Reason for choice:
    She's absolutely adorable, and I've always loved the anime look on dolls. I also liked her default face-up (a very good thing since I don't trust myself to do one). She was also pretty perfect to shell my character, Circe!
    Best Points:
    She has a beautiful, soft whiteish pink skintone, her default eyes are very bright, sparkly blue, she poses very well, her body sculpting is exquisite, and holy jesus THAT LITTLE KITTY MOUTH. She looks gorgeous in any outfit I put her in.
    Also, her default wig is the softest, most real-feeling wig I've ever owned - I wish they made human-sized wigs this nice!
    Worst Points:
    Honestly can't think of anything. I expected her to stain easily since she's a vinyl doll, but I haven't had any problems with that in the years I've had her. I guess I got a lucky batch.
  • Eyes:
    Her default bright blue eyes from Volks
    Her wig collection is growing all time as Circe enjoys dyeing her hair quite frequently
    Favourite colours:
    Fashion style(s):
    It varies a lot. Give her a subgenre of anime fashion and she'll give you her own personalized runway.
  • Name story:
    Circe is named for the sorceress in Greek mythology as she's a powerful magician herself - albeit significantly less malicious. ;)

    Character gender:
    Offsite roleplay:
    This doll's character is available for offsite roleplay.
    Circe barely had a childhood as a result of being raised in a small, devoutly religious town in a fantasy world that mirrors the 1800s, where she was ostracized for being both autistic and an albino. Alas, we all learn to fight back when we grow older and stronger, and Circe discovered she had a penchant for a rare kind of magic. She created a special place for people to go when they're feeling alone, bullied, sad, or scared. She designed it like we would design a modern-day RPG - people can choose what they look like in this realm, what their super-speshul powers are, anything to boost their confidence and express themselves. In this realm people can meet others who have also been bullied and outcasted, so they won't feel alone. She called this place "The Reality", not just as a witty reference to virtual reality, but because it's the one place where people like her can show their real personalities and interests without ever being judged.
