Reason for choice:

I bought her to be a different character, a younger sister of my previous June. That storyline fell through shortly after I got her, so I decided to repaint her and give her a new character.

Best Points:

She's a gorgeous doll! Face, body, all over! She's also really unique, being the only girl Elfdoll ever cast in tan.

Worst Points:

Being the only tan Elfdoll girl also comes with its share of issues. They had a lot of problems with casting this limited run, and the resin wasn't very stable, often arriving broken to dealers. It was so bad, they started sending spare parts with the shipments! She has a lot of cracks, dents and her resin seems soft due to it. Posing is also fairly bad due to a single piece torso.

Veda Danielle Kala

I wanted to name her Danielle, as that's a name I've loved since I was a teen. I had no real plan of how she'd turn out, just kind of a basic idea and started painting her. When she was finished, I just got a strong feeling that she has Indian roots on her dad's side, so I went searching for Indian names I liked.

Danielle grew up in the city, the oldest daughter of a cardiologist father and fashion editor mother. She has a little sister, two years younger. Danielle began modeling at a young age, thanks to her mother's connections in the industry. Despite being successful and able to make a career of it, she still chose to go to college and has a degree in communications. Through modeling, she and Gianna have become good friends, and Gianna is working on introducing her to rest of the crew. Danielle seems to really like Bren and Cooper. In her free time, she enjoys singing, playing piano, playing with makeup, photography, fashion, going to parties and concerts, acting and ghost hunting...or just reading ghost stories. She's very laid back, friendly, and doesn't take things too seriously. Though she can be a bit of a snarky smartass at times!
