Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     Ichiko’s name more or less comes from her sculpt name. I switched it around and added -ko to the first name to make it sound feminine and cute.

    Born in Japan, Ichiko grew up in the countryside and developed a deep love of nature. Her parents always fostered her interest in the arts and sciences, and further encouraged her love of nature. Eventually a job opportunity came up for Ichiko’s parents and they all moved to America. Specifically, they moved to Colorado and they bought an old house in the forest and started to renovate it.
    At first Ichiko didn’t have any interest in the house and chose to explore town. However after a few weeks, Ichiko grew an interest in gardening and went out to the backyard to revive an old garden plot, but instead of finding leftover flowers she found the skull of an ogre. In this way Ichiko realised that all the fairy stories she’d been told during her childhood were real… and she had their attention.

    Her story is very heavily inspired by The Spiderwick Chronicles.
