Kyprian would have been happy living a perfectly ordinary life in his little village, but he and Zetherain went exploring in the northern bog as children, and got mixed up with the swamp witch. Now he picks up some strange magic from her, in between guiding fools into the bog, and avoiding Sage's tricks.
