Lamento is the younger brother of Paranoia (my evil Jester).
Every time you can't sleep because of worries or painful thoughts, it's because of Lamento who is near your bed. He causes nightmares and his presence gives those irritating tingles in your feet. While suffering from restless legs and worried thoughts, people let their feet hang uncovered from the bed - now it's time for Paranoia: when this guy sees that people do not have their feet under the bedcover, he attaches a note to the person's toe so that the Grim Reaper can pick up his life.
