Nari is the youngest of four children, she grew up in Busan, South Korea. Her mother was a flight attendant and her father is a well-known Musician. Her father started an Entertainment company in Korea with his long-time producer. Nari and her group are signed to his company.

Nari has loved music her entire life even though being a musician wasn't something either of her parents wanted for her. She tried to compromise and played the cello for a number of years gaining much attention for her talent, but it wasn't the type of music she wanted to make. She stopped playing the cello when she entered High School and with her best-friends (Mina and Liam) she skipped school often to go busking.

She never gave up making the music she wants to make and it is a sore spot for her and her family. She and her father are very much alike and because they are both stubborn the relationship is very strained.

Nari is stubborn, arrogant, and can be mean. She is also fiercely protective of the people she loves.
