I never had any intention of getting a centaur doll. They’re cool, but not my thing. (Besides, I figured they would be a lot more complicated to restring.) Dora absolutely melted my heart every time I saw her. She has such gentle features. She was in stock at Denver Doll Emporium, and even though she was blank, I just couldn’t pass up a chance to grab her. I am so happy now that I did.

- That face, though. Her body is so beautiful. I love photographing her.

- Her deer body presents a challenge to clothing her, because I can’t just put her in shorts like I to do for every other doll. And with only a top on, she looks a bit… naked. (I am figuring out how to clothe her, though.)
Her back legs are harder to pose than her front. One of them usually likes to buckle and take her down, so posing her can be a bit frustrating, sometimes.
