Brought directly from Granado and Supia.

Reason for choice:

The head sculpt fit the character perfectly and the bodies for the girls from Supia are gorgeous.

I bought the head from Granado in 2013 but the body from Supia was acquired in 2012. I later made a hybrid doll from the two parts. The resin match is very close.

Oiamura's family is from the Iridescent Kingdom and her family line has always been hired as advisors to the Royal Fae family for generations. Currently, there has been heavy unrest between the kingdoms and power struggles because of the great power the Fae people held were not uncommon. It was also not unusual that Fae children were sometimes kidnapped and sold into slavery for their ability to power air ships. Oiamura was one of those lost children. When she was taken, this caused a rift between her father and the Fae King, Onorlin.

While Oiamura was indeed lost, her fate was not to be as most Fae children in that period, she was instead sold to a human royal's family house and was groomed to be a lady in waiting for their current Princess Jenel. The two became good friends and since Oiamura was kidnapped at such a young age, she has no memory of being Fae or her powers. On top of this, her powers were sealed with an amulet, so even could not access them, if only by accident. She lived life as a human girl for many years and life seemed to be normal as far as a lady in waiting went.

However, the royal human family she was originally sold went into horrible debt, Jenel's mother sold Oiamura to the merchant of an air ship fleet. The fee paid for a Fae girl was so high, it took care of the royal family's debt. Without Oiamura's or even Jenel's knowledge, Oiamura was sent on a ship to be sold off. She was told she was meeting Jenel for a holiday, but that was hardly the truth.

Pirates got wind of a ship crossing in their path with high priced cargo and the path was intercepted. It was at this time, she met a pirate going by the name of Owen. Oiamura had never met anyone like him before and even though he did not speak of it, he had abilities that made him seem not quite human. The two fell in love, but being what the situation was, Oiamura was once again sold to another merchant, with the pirate crew taking the profits this time.

Yet this experience changed Owen and instead of taking is share of the prize, he fled his own crew and went after the girl he had fallen in love with instead. Though first he had to find her and in the mean time, the merchant that Oiamura was sold to was anything but kind. She was cruelly tortured into submission. When Owen was finally able to come to rescue her, he would pay the greatest price possible in order to save her.
