Percival is a younger brother of Leticia and Gilles (character deceased). When Gilles came home from a war in the 19th Century, Leticia and Percival got Polio and were almost dying. Gilles who was turned himself as a vampire during the war, he decided to make his beloved siblings to became immortal. Only easy going Leticia coped well being a vampire (or she just not really thinking about it well haha) . Percival was getting frustrated by staying always like a boarding-schooled teenager. After his sister rejected Maou's marriage proposal he agreed to help Maou to make his sister's Tulpa so that he could glow himself becoming a young man. Maou used the body of a Japanese painter Shouen Hayakawa for the new existence of Percival.
