Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     Reason for choice:
    Face + Body type + skintone = perfect combo. Pale Mikhaila is cute too, but there's something about her in tan that speaks to me.
    Best Points:
    + Adorable face that looks soulful in any eyes
    + Beautiful, unique skintone
    + Nicely detailed sculpting
    + Can share tops and shoes with Minifee / other slim minis
    Worst Points:
    - Hips can be finicky
    - Finding pants
    Mikhaila was a doll I admittedly didn't pay much attention to back when she was available for order. She didn't grab me, beyond having a sad face, which was unusual for a doll at that time.

    Then in 2014, I went to a meetup and saw PakouChan's Mikhaila in tan. It was love at first sight. And way too late to order one in tan, a limited colour. These were the days when tan as a default option was still a novel concept for many companies, and only a few offered shades as dark as Mikhaila's. Not to mention, pear-shape dolls were still uncommon. There wasn't any other sculpt quite like her, and she stuck in my brain forever after.

    Finally in 2019, a kind Russian collector put her Mikhaila up for adoption, and the search for her concluded. Despite being a dream girl, she still hasn't revealed herself to me fully. But at least she tells me what she likes to wear.
