Cute face and I loved the mint wig the seller was offering with him.

Name story:

Rán's name is spelt the old Norse way but pronounced the Japanese way xD I liked the sound of the Japanese one but the written style of the Norse one so he's a bit of a special snowflake there XP

A painfully shy and extremely introverted young boy Rán has had a rather unpleasant upbringing. His birth mother had always wanted a little girl; one she could dress up and enter in child beauty pageants as a way to relive her childhood. So when she had a little boy she was less than pleased, however that didn't stop her from lying about her young sons age and entering him the pageants anyway.

Rán was forced into girls clothing and competed in these pageants; often winning them. He hated going to the pageants and after years of essentially being his mothers life sized doll the authorities finally came to his aid and took him away from her.

He now lives with two very loving adoptive parents and even has a best friend Shiloh.

Due to his upbringing Rán is quite girly and often wears either feminie clothes or sometimes they are actually girls clothes simply because he's used to it. He doesn't dislike wearing the clothes; as he has told his adoptive parents, it was just he hated participating in child beauty pageants because he didn't like being stared at and judged.

• He admires Shiloh's babysitter Tobias for wearing slightly effeminate pastel clothing and not being afraid of what people think. He hopes to grow up to be like him.
