Ramiro is described by his best friend as a ‘nonchalant, drunken philosopher’. Tormented by a demon, he spends much of his life trapped inside his own head, in a bizarre stream of consciousness. He doesn’t say much, and often surprises people when he does. Scruffy, often dirty, and dressed in what the military leave for him, he doesn’t interact much. But he’s the one willing to die for what’s right and when they need him, he’s always there. He’s hurt by the bad things in the world, more-so than anyone else, because he’s too good deep down. All the hurt cuts him deep & can’t be undone. Despite that, he rarely sees any worth in himself and can only hyper-focus on the bad things he’s done in the past. And no one knows why he’s stopped ageing...

He’s an old friend of Jasira & Paul, but now closest to Saskia (who adores him far more than she should...)
A strange little man who once had a fight with his own shoes & looks for the reflection of ghosts in spoons. He likes alcohol, sleeping pills, his marble, writing poetry and spiders. Greatly dislikes being made to wear clothes, people arguing back & forth with no point, his therapist, being made to take a shower.
