Reason for choice:

I have been RPing with a close friend for many years now, and when I saw the release of the elves on Iplehouse I could see that Aurora would make a perfect sculpt for my beloved Riordan. I knew I was right when I showed him to my friend and she knew who he was even without a faceup or proper wig.

Riordan is an elf who found himself orphaned at a young age by the war on non-humans that raged all around the world when the barrier between the worlds of magic and science came down. He was first named Ruhtarion Duvainor by his parents, names meaning "Traitors Son" and "Beautiful Darkness" respectively in his native tongue, but took on the name Riordan once he became lost among the streets and cities of the modern world. He is a bright, sarcastic creature who will do whatever he must to not only stay alive, but thrive in this strange new world, and the wars that rage around them all.

Rio tends to be a touch sarcastic at times, but this is something he developed over time so that people are not always aware of how things affect him. He suffers from feelings of not being good enough, and will work twice as hard to achieve his goals because of it. Riordan is a good friend to have since he is a get it guy. When people in the non-human circles have a need for something, it is to Rio that they often go. On the flip side, if the elf has developed a dislike for you, or at times if you are simply human, he will go to equal lengths to keep you from your goals. He has also developed a mastery over his own pain. Even under some of the harshest torture or abuse, Riordan often manages to keep his pain private.
