Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     I wanted a Volks doll to see what all the fuss was about, and I liked his little smirk.
    Best Points:
    His expression! On the SDGr body, I really like being able to swap the hands and feet without tools.
    Worst Points:
    He was designed for an SD17 body and it was just TOOO heavy
    Ryoma was my first big BJD purchase (Fubuki was an affordable 'starter' and Kazu was a gift). I had fun with him, but the more I got to enjoying my MSDs and Dollfie Dreams, the more I began to feel exhausted wrangling his big heavy 70cm body. So I stuck him on a Graffiti body! It looks a little undersized when he's naked, but he always wears kimono, so it's fine ^^; The availability of alternate hands is important to me. It makes him look younger, I think it's very cute!

    His head's gotten rather yellow over the years, so I'm looking forward to bringing him in for satogaeri the next time I'm in Japan.
