Teo

Maker:
Ringdoll
Head Sculpt:
Custom from Namonaki
Skintone:
Normal white
Body:
Ringdoll 68cm boy
Sex:
Male
  • Face-up artist(s):
    Me
    Body blushing artist(s):
    Me
    Date of acquisition:
    September 2016
    Reason for choice:
    He's a custom sculpt of a footballer, Iker Casillas, who I had in mind when I created Teo. I chose his body because it wasn't too thin, and I liked the waist and leg joints.
    Best Points:
    The Ringdoll body is very solid! He sits and stands well. Namonaki did a brilliant job with the sculpt, too.
    Worst Points:
    He didn't come with jointed hands, and I'm struggling to find some that fit...
  • Eyes:
    Brown eyes, made by me.
    Wig:
    Made by me... Still needs trimming!
    Fashion style(s):
    Casual. Boots, jeans and old shirts.
  • Name story:
    Teodoro (Teo to most people) is the name of a character in my novel series.
    Character age:
    About 30
    Character gender:
    Male
    Offsite roleplay:
    This doll's character is not available for offsite roleplay.
    Teo is something special - only he doesn't know it yet.

    Kidnapped at night and held hostage in a military facility, Teo is befriended by Barbara, a middle aged researcher. He is presented with a mysterious artefact - a seemingly sentient object that will not leave his side. As his mind begins to unravel, a war rages closer and closer, while Barbara struggles to keep him alive. Wracked by terrible seizures, Teo knows he doesn't have long to live, but he has something to do before he goes...

    Teo and Barbara must escape, and travel to the desert. There, under a burning sun, they will uncover a secret that changes the world - and learn that the desert holds secrets of its own.

    Teo's only job is to live.

    ***
    Teo is an innocent character in a lot of ways. He's good hearted, and kind. His health problems leave him weak and tired, clinging to Barbara for support. Their relationship, him at 21 and her at 56, seems odd at first, but over the years becomes one of trust and loyalty - and a kind of love, if not in the traditional sense. He grows throughout the story, from a frightened boy into a man of more resolve, strong enough in the end to confront Reynolds and set himself free.
