Tuulikki is a fun loving, troublemaker who's good frenemies with Thistle. She's the first one that Seth meets after he enters the forest.

Unlike most of the other occupants of the forest, Tuulikki chose to live there instead of being trapped there. She likes to cause trouble for everyone and act like they're all a huge bother, but she actually very fond of all of the forest dwellers.

Despite all of the mischief, most of the forest's occupants would agree that Tuulikki's presence is very beneficial. Her chaotic lifestyle gives all of them something else to think on and worry about instead of their own problems.
