She was actually a bit of a whim. I saw Fairyland currently had their Feeple60 available in tan. This led to me looking up how Celine looked in tan and I was sold.

I wanted her to have a spunky name, something tough but still feminie and Valarie seemed like a good choice. She was originally going to have a hyphenated last name but I decided I liked Archer better as her middle name.

The step-sister of Cian and close friend of Tobias and Avalon, Valarie is very confident and can sometimes seem intimidating to others due to her serious expression. She’s actually very nice and fiercely protective of those she cares about. She may seem tough and ready for a fight but Valarie tends to avoid confrontation unless it’s necessary. Her brash nature combined with a slightly tomboyish personality can take people aback when they first meet her all dolled up in her Lolita outfits. Valarie loves frills and cute things; but she's most certainly no princess.

Her personality can really be summarised as follows: ‘she’s beauty, she’s grace; she’ll punch you in the face.’

You can generally always find her at the beach or on her boat, a pastime she values and feels a special connection to due to her affinity for pirates. When Valarie’s not at the beach she can be found going to different fashion conventions or shopping sprees with her step-brother and friends.

She highly respects and is a huge fan of the legendary sailor known as Laraine Rayfloe. When the sailor docks at Valarie’s usual port she is beyond excited but thinks she shouldn’t approach her. To her surprise the sailor speaks to her asking were the closest supermarket is and what fishery sells take away fish and chips. Surprised by the rather normal question Valarie happily tells her and introduces her to the fisherman that run her favourite sea food shop on the docks; the best crumbed fish and calamari around she states. Valarie initially believes she has a crush on Laraine but later comes to realise her feelings are not romantic but simply strong adoration and admiration. The pair of sailors eventually end up being quite close friends; much to Valarie's absolute joy and are usually spotted sharing a bag of fish and chips together or out on Laraine's ship.

When Cian introduces her to Tobias and Avalon Valarie immediately becomes fast friends with Avalon, the two bonding over a shared love of pirate inspired fashion. Avalon also frequently tries to give Valarie helpful advice about her non-existent love-life, despite never having been in a relationship herself either.

She meets Pandora one day completely by chance, quite literally bumping into her on the street one her way back from tending to her boat. Surprised; Valarie vaguely notes to herself that the Fairy Kei clad girl is pretty cute but thinks no more of it. They periodically, randomly keep meeting and one day Valarie encounters Pandora wearing her 'normal' clothing and with her natural hair out. Valarie can't help but blurt out; "Oh! You're the cute Fairy Kei girl I keep running into!" They finally introduce themselves properly and after rather enjoying their conversation decide to exchange mobile numbers so they can talk more. After texting becomes too troublesome and time consuming the pair actually start hanging out together when Pandora isn’t busy with her course work.

They tend to spend a lot of time on Valarie’s boat which Pandora absolutely loves as one of her favourite past times is snorkelling. She eventually confides to Valarie her worries and discomfort about her personality not matching her Fairy Kei wardrobe. Valarie just laughs and says ‘who cares what your personality is like compared to your clothes. If you like it, then wear it!’ She thinks Pandora is really cute but also finds her mature and somewhat sadistic personality quite sexy. Not that she's willing to admit that out aloud just yet, Valarie's not entirely sure such a mature person would even consider dating such brash and boyish person like as herself.
