Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     Purchased Doll Chateau Bella head from Oobiedoll, ordered Doll Leaves body through Denver Doll Emporium.

    She's allergic to standing.
    This poor girl has been many years in the making. When I left the hobby in 2018, I had only just gotten this girl's head and body in. I had intended to send her off to get a professional face up...

    ...But instead she sat in storage. Until July 2023.

    I cracked her out and checked her over-- the head was still a gorgeous pink, but the Doll Leaves body had yellowed out all of its red in just five years. In a whirlwind I gave her a face up, blushed her neck and hands to match, and gazed balefully at her super pale, unblushed nakey legs and feet.

    I'll blush those eventually, granted I don't just up and buy a new body for her. As pretty as the Doll Leaves body is, it's quite unbalanced. Sueded and wired, even. The DC Bella head is quite heavy, and I wonder if the heavier resin is just enough to throw the body off?

    That's a problem for future me, though. As she is, this will suffice.
