Yang was my first BJD! After pining and begging and saving up to get him for about a year, my mom came to me one day and said “okay, let’s order your doll.” I was just 11 at the time lol. I enjoyed sewing for him and taking photos. He brought me incredible joy.

- The first doll I fell in love with! He was more affordable and was more in reach for me as a young kid entering the hobby.
- Best Points:
- I love his soft and thoughtful expression, the shape of his nose, and his cute ears. His resin is incredibly smooth.
- Worst Points:
- The metal loop/screw on his right foot snapped off only a year or two after I got him. Slightly awkward pointy elbow joints. Old school AoD head cap loop held in place by the S hook.
After his foot broke I was devastated, and of course being as young and inexperienced as I was, I didn’t have the resources to fix him. It’s sad to say that this doll has spent most of his life in his box and in pieces. But that changed this year! I learned how to restring him and gave him his first ever faceup. He’s risen from the ashes!

Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases.
