Yue is the ghost of Snow's half-brother... a rabble-rousing poet and actor who met an unfortunate end when he took to lampooning the wrong public official.

These days he mostly confines his rebellion to snuffing out lanterns and over-turning the occasional wine jar. It's tough to start a revolution when no one but Kosetsu the Priest can see him.
