Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I noticed Notdoll didn't have feedback and I know I was kinda scared about ordering from a company with no feedback, so I'ma leave some!


      * What did you order? I ordered a Roxydoll Lucy
      * When did you order? April 14th
      * How was the communication? Wonderful! They answered my million questions and they were timely too. Even with the time difference.
      * How easy was it to pay? They take paypal and it was really easy and they accepted quickly.
      * How long did it take to ship? A week and a day from the day of my order to the day that they shipped her.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yeah, she was on sale, but even if she wasn't I'd have bought her. The resin is nice and she can pull off some interesting poses. Besides her little pout is so worth it.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yup, exactly like it and cuter, they even put the kind of faceup I requested exactly.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Very! They even gave me two little bunnies for my girl.

      the quality was excellent , I had also free shipping & 30% discount for Aletheia doll & an Aemaeth head for free (& 2 pair of eyes & extra eyelashes)... so this makes it a dreamlike purchase , but I would buy them at the full price with pleasure too!!!

      * How was the communication? Very good. They are very prompt with the Q&A on their website, and they email you when they ship.
      * How easy was it to pay? Very easy. I used Paypal via the Notdoll Lab site.
      * How long did it take to ship? I ordered on 7/17/2010, got a notice of shipment email on 8/16/2010, doll arrived on 8/20/2010.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Very much so considering I bought her during the 30% off free shipping sale. Really though, she's well worth full price.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Even better. She's beautiful in person.

      * How was the communication? Great! I asked pictures of the girl's bodies, and they sent me loads of pics in every angle, nude shots, dressed up, with head, head and wigs, etc... very.. very lovely and very cool pictures as well!
      * How easy was it to pay? Paypal, click click, done!
      * How long did it take to ship? 1,5 week
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? yes... she looks so so so lovely. The body is a lot of getting used to but she is perfect to me
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Exactly. They don't have much editing in their pictures or silly lightenings.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? A lot!! The wig that came with her was perfect! She also came with eye putty and 2 sets of eyes! Really gorgeous ones even.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A. Whenever I had a question they replied me within 24hours so I'm pretty sure any problem would have been solved in a jiffy too!

      About 3 weeks. I received my doll on May 24 because UK customs held it for a while.

      Yes~ I bought during an event sale, but I'd have paid the full price for the same doll.
