Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases.       * How was the communication?
      Good, they replied fast when I had questions/problems.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy - they told me the price and I paid through PayPal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      It took them about 2 months to send it, but the shipping took less than a week. (EMS)

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

      The first head I received had some very noticeable bumps in the resin around the nose. I posted about this problem on migidoll's Q&A board and got a reply and an apology very soon. In the end they sent me another Jina head plus a high-quality wig for free as an apology and I didn't have to return the 'damaged' head : )

      Yes, definitely. They have beautiful dolls, good quality and are very friendly!

    3. * What did you order? - A migi Miho head, NS

      * When did you order? - I ordered on the June order period, on 06/28/2010 to be precise.

      * How was the communication? - Very good, she replied quickly on the migi site boards.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      - Payment was through paypal, so once she posted an invoice it was easy. I used the guide on the migidoll general discussion to learn how to order, which is the complicated bit. Email orders work well too, I am told.

      * How long did it take to ship? - Suprisingly fast. I was one of the first to order, and I got my shipping notice 7/19/2010 (21 days later). Tracking numbers are supplied through the site boards instead of email, so one has to watch for it. I then received the box on the 23rd.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      - Bigtime yes. The resin is very smooth without being shiny. There are tiny seam lines behind the ears of the head, but that area is easily covered with a wig, so that is not a problem for me. The headcap fits well and the magnets are strong ^^

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? - Yes, even better I think.

      * Were you satisfied with the product? - Very much yes~

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? - no problems for me.

      - I'm planning on ordering a body from them next order period ^^

      How was the communication? replied within 24 hours
      How easy was it to pay? easy
      How long did it take to ship? about one month, with no communication that the doll had shipped
      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? yes, we were told that it was a hand cast doll and to expect some seam lines.
      Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes
      Were you satisfied with the product? No, actually. I was shipped a normal skin standard Noel by mistake.
      If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? Migi reimbursed me for the return shipping of the erroneous doll, and sent the correct items within a few weeks. I did notice that the Standard Noel faceplate that I received as a replacement had remnants of a face-up, an air bubble in the upper lip and glue in the eyewells from eyelashes that had been removed. I suppose she must have decided to send the model rather than cast another faceplate. I didn't bother to say anything about it to her because I just decided not to care. As an additional apology for shipping the incorrect doll, Migi later shipped a free Cherish Doll wig - in a separate parcel - that was one size too large for my Migi boy. :?

      * When did you order? In december, 12/07/2010

      * How was the communication? VERY fast and Migi was very kind all of the time. She promised me that in the next order period she'd sell V. Miho, but when the time came , she forgot it and decided not to sell. I told her I was very sad, since I waited for it and though I'd have it as a christmas gift. =/ Then, she was very very kind and told me she still had a spare one, and was willing to sell to me. :D She also answered all of my questions and also declared it as a lower value, as requested by me.

      * How easy was it to pay? Very easy.

      * How long did it take to ship? She shipped it to me in 3 days after I placed order, since it was out of the order period! Amazing, very fast! :aheartbea

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, very much! The magnets are strong and the resin quality is great. Also, the sculpt is gorgeous.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Even better than the pictures, I think! :)

      Good ^^ I got update mails about every step of the order.

      I paid through bank transfer, so it was quite easy.

      About 10 weeks

      Yeah! He looks awesome, even without face-up X3

      Good, I got emails everytime something updated.

      Very easy, I used paypal.

      Three weeks after ordering I got my shipping notice, then it took exactly 7 days to get home~
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion
      I do, but the eyewells are a little thin. I would feel the price would match better if the eyewells didn't look like they'd break if I put my finger against them.

      Well, no, since I got my head without a faceup. xD But I imagine if the pictures showed no faceup, then yes, 100%. XD

      Took up to 5 days to respond once but it was good overall. They were very patient with me and answered all my inquieries.

      Easy enough with paypal. I had to learn as I went since my only other purchase had been from LUTS which does everything atomatically.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      Shipped February 20. Arrived on the 23.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes~ The sculpt for the both the head and body are lovely. The sanding is a bit uneven but nothing I can't deal with

      Yes, and the white skin was just the tone I was hoping for

      The only problem that showed itself was that they sent one of the wigs in the wrong color

      I posted the problem on the Q&A board. They sent correct wig out almost immediately and I got it within the week.

      Definately I still have quite a few Migidolls on my wishlist

      Yes, especially with them discontinuing heads left and right. I would prefer to buy from the company directly but Migi's making that a little hard XD

      Yes! The resin has a wonderful feel to it and the sculpting is absolutely fantastic

      At the risk of sounding cliche'd, the head looks even better in person. It's much easier to see all the other details one doesn't see in the product photos.

      6th October from "Surprise" section.

      * How was the communication?
      Generally good. Replied fast on their board. Not so good by email. No shipping notice. Order status has never updated on website.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy by PayPal

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Hard to say. I was originally told it would be shipped on 28th October as the face up was finished and the head was ready to ship (with an apology for the delay). That didn't happen so I asked again after a week and was told it was delayed again until 11th November, no reason given for the delay. The head eventually arrived on 21st November, can't tell when it was actually shipped as the date on the parcel is smudged. Still not marked as shipped on Migidoll site.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      I think so. The head seems nicely sculpted and the company face up is lovely.

      Yes.

      According to the tracking info it was shipped on 12th December and arrived on 23rd December (I was away for Christmas when it arrived so don't know exactly).

      Yes, the quality seems good and the face up is well done and very cute.

      Yes.

      They could have been faster and more attentive to questions, but as long as you post to their Q n A with clear requests and/or questions, they will reply. They're quite accommodating, so it was okay.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very! Through Paypal

      * How long did it take to ship?
      A month-ish later, November 26, 2015 iirc

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Sure! Migidoll's a good company quality-wise

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      AT FIRST, Migidoll gave me the wrong head. I had requested for a Dreaming Ell head for the promo but they delivered Sleeping Jean instead. The Ell head is good though, as are the wigs. They're very soft and understandably priced for heat-resistant wigs.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      As soon as I talked to them about the head issue, they resolved it very quickly. They didn't ask me to send the Sleeping Jean head back and more importantly, delivered the Dreaming Ell head within a week. It was all good.

      * Would you order from this company again?
      No. Not for reasons concerning the company though. There's only one sculpt I want from Migi and I have it.

      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand?
      Bodies, sure. Or even heads, if I find a sculpt I like.
