      On the 4th of July for the head, then chocolate cut wigs was later.

      * How was the communication?
      The staff from SWITCH are really friendly, and they reply to you as quickly as they can. Just that I think their English is rather poor, but they are extremely polite.

      * How easy was it to pay?

      Really easy. I used Paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Not that long at all. The package shipped on the 21st of July. That's about 18 days!

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      The head looks gorgeous! And the wigs are really lovely and good quality. But I have to mention that the wigs don't really look like in the promo pictures.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      The doll head, yes. For the wigs, read above.

      Highly satisfied!

      Good, but I wasn't trying to combine orders. Others did have problems with that but they were fixed in the end.

      Very easy - I used PayPal.

      Hahwa head, 15 days. Wigs, 6 days.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Very much so! The Hahwa head is on par with any major company. The wigs are well-made and I'll probably be ordering more from them.

      Yes. As far as wigs go, they'll always need some styling to match a company photo.

      Very good, I asked them a question about shipping and the answer was promt and informative.

      Yes. The resing is pretty rough, but to me that's just a big plus.

      Pretty much. Although he doesn't have that smirk you see in the promo pics, I think it's the faceup.

      I'd ordered a Hahwa and two Vian heads on separate occasions

      * When did you order?
      4 July and 6 November, respectively.

      * How was the communication?
      Switch's staff responded to my questions on their board pretty quickly and had accomodated my requests to delay shipping, cancel delay shipping and acknowledge payments just as well.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Yep. I'd paid by Paypal both times, non-CC. No hassle there.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Faster than we'd estimated. 20 days thereabouts.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Certainly! I'm in love with Switch's recent style of sculpting, plus the heads were clean of stains, cracks or chunks of resin that shouldn't be there. Head magnets worked fine. Their boxes were a little flimsy, but maybe that's 'cause of how I store them. They hadn't missed out any extras like booklets and certification cards, too.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yep! The blank heads looked as they should.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes. It's a pity that I can't get the heads faceup'd and embodied immediately.

      Yep! Just did. I expect to write up another review for them in 2011. :D

      I suppose I would have to if I wanted any more of their heads, since all of their items are sold in limited quantity.

      Absolutely beautiful wigs. They are the best wigs I've got. Nice and smooth and easy to take care!

      Yes. The head is gorgeous and I like the faceup.

      The package was shipped by EMS on 6th July, arrived to my country at 8th (where it got stuck at customs for a week).

      Yes, the quality of wigs is outstanding in my opinion.

      Excellent. They reply really fast.
      For my delivery, I stated that I would like to confirm the delivery address when it was closer to its shipping date, & sure enough I got a email reminder from Switch closer to the day itself.
      All my enquiries got replied in 1-3 days.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy through Paypal

      * How long did it take to ship?
      They told me that I would get my item 55days later due to the preparation process..
      The date they quoted me was 27th September.
      The body was completed shipped out on the 12th September, & I received it on the 21st September.
      So shipping took 9 days...but it arrived 6 days earlier than I expected. ^^

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      I thought it was expensive but it was totally worth it! ^u^

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Omo. Yes! >w< I love the hands especially they look so much more detailed real life.

      The fact she let me try the wig on on the spot led me to buy it. At first I wasn't going to, but then I went online and saw the price they were selling for. The price she was asking seemed too good to be true.

      actually yes, it photographs really well. The cut fits really cozily on my boy's head so it looks really natural.

      Incredibly fast, my order arrived exactly one month from the day I ordered it, but I didn't pick it up til two days later as it arrived while I was out of town.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

      Absolutely! The company box and doll were both well packaged and padded, the doll itself was well strung and as described (and really more lovely and detailed in person than photos convey), and I was pleasantly surprised to find Switch even include a silicone kip in the neck joint and rubber stoppers on the S-hook to protect the doll from damage. Wonderful!

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?

      Exactly as photographed, though the photos do not do it justice.

      Absolutely.

      It was shipped out on the 28th of December 2018, which was very early as the estimated shipping had been set to February 2019! Arrived in my country in 4 days!

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      The box the head is packaged in had a big crack in the back of it, which was very scary, but thankfully the head was okay.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      No problems, thankfully!

      Absolutely! Already planning my next purchase.

      Good. There was a production delay on my heads and they took the initiative to contact me when the promised shipping date arrived and the heads weren't ready yet. They apologised for the delay and offered me a free wig (I could choose a Honey Muffin Cut wig in either Rain Forest or Golden Powder colours. I think this style in these colours were iDoll Japan exclusives? I chose Rain Forest.)! I was very impressed and happy to get a free high quality and rare wig!

      Around four and a half months (shipped on 17 Jan 2020, arrived on 20 Jan 2020)
