    2. * What did you order? A small wig (for PukiFee) and a pair of (tiny!) walking shoes.

      * How was the communication? Very good - confirmed the order, then told me when it was posting. They also asked for communication when it arrived and I received a very nice email when I told them.
      * How easy was it to pay? Paid through Paypal
      * How long did it take to ship? Not much more than a week.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Very good - the shoes are tiny, but of incredibly good quality, as is the wig.

      One of my dresses was from a completely different fabric than shown. The fabric shown has superior printing, with more colors and detail.

      I was slightly dissapointed since it was the vibrant colors of the fabric that made me buy this dress.

      When i emailed my dissapointment, they where very apologetic, have changed the sales pic and have sent me a free gift (have not recieved this yet).

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? It was...until she fell apart about a month later because the thing that holds her together in her chest broke.

      * Were you satisfied with the product? Until she broke, yes!
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? Unfortunately Ruby Red Galleria wrote my mother back after we contacted them and said that they weren't going to fix it. They said it was a fault in the doll, but they wouldn't stand behind fixing it. She was an expensive Christmas gift for such a small doll, and I loved her, but I can't do too much other than some freaky Halloween shoot with her now being split in half.
      * Would you order from this company again? I have spent over 1,000 dollars with them previously, but now I think I will look elsewhere. If customer service won't help with this doll, I'm scared to buy from them again and have another one with a defect fall apart and be left with yet another 2-piece doll... :(
