It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       Coco Tribe Amber Ruby (strawberry) and Wakeup Ruby (violet), no faceups
      * When did you order?
      Sept 14
      * Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer?
      Through dealer Eden Doll (website and ebay)
      * How was the communication?
      Excellent communication. Very straight forward, timely, and friendly.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy as usual via paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      Exactly 2 months.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Indeed. I think the Coco Tribe Amber line, at the lower end of the price scale, is extremely good value for tiny sized anthros.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes. The bodies are heavier/bulkier/smoother than I expected from the pictures But the extra weight made them easier to pose.
      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Very.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      N/A
      * Would you order from this company again?
      Absolutely. Either through Eden Doll or if there is a directly-order from company option in the future.
      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand?
      Definitely will be considered if product is in good condition/unmodified.

      Overall, I highly recommend Coco Tribe bunny anthros.

      At the end of October 2011

      Very nice and friendly, with www.edendoll.com which is dealer for Cocotribe.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easiest, via paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Production time, very very fast. on the 14th of Dec the bunnies were in italian custom.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      yes!

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Even better in person. love the resin, and the colours!

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Very very much!

      I'm planning to, since their bunnies are really lovely.

      Pretty good! I received answers to any questions I had in a day or two.

      Well I never received an invoice so I had to send it instead but besides that it went over pretty well!

      * How long did it take to ship?
      After it was made it took 4 weeks? Not too bad.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      It was fairly cheap and has amazing quality I was super amazed @o@

      Yes it did! I even got the same eyes as the company picture!

      Extremely satisfied I'm glad I chose this company for my first anthro bjd c:

      Wake Up Ruby 21cm Mature body Beauty White skin

      * When did you order?
      1/31/2015

      * How was the communication?
      No really good for the first 6 months or so. I tried emailing them but never heard any sort of response. I finally messaged them on their facebook a month or two ago and got much faster response times. I was very persistent in messaging them because I was waiting for so long about 8 months in total. If you need anything message them through facebook.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      I paid through paypal and it was super easy. I got an order confirmation and all of it.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      After bugging them for 2 months on facebook for updates on my doll, I got her maybe a week or so after they said she was getting ready to ship.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yeah I think it was a great price point. The quality is awesome. She's solid, sturdy and adorable

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes it did, She's gorgeous. The Skin is a different hue and the eyes are different but I like them a lot, so It's no real big deal.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      I'm totally excited and satisfied with this product. She was worth the 8 month wait.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      I was unsatisfied after not hearing anything for 6 months but after contacting them via facebook everything was great.

      * Would you order from this company again?
      Yes, despite the long wait.

      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand?
