  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       I ordered a So-nyeon-gi Ryun doll head, distributed by 4D.

      * When did you order?
      Mid-December 2008

      * How was the communication?
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Communication was great, though I didn't have to do much. Payment was through Paypal and very easy.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      It actually shipped sooner than I expected, since I got a faceup. Only 1 day after they projected they would start shipping the heads.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?

      Yes to all of these. I was extremely happy with the head on all counts.

      The communication was excellent! The customer service rep is very friendly and updates you often on the status of your order! :3

      Very easy! A paypal invoice was sent and my payment went through immediately~

      It shipped the 14th of January, so 3 days!

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, the fur wigs are so soft and in wonderful colors! They also smell quite nice XD The pricing is similar to most fur wigs for sale at other companies too.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes!

      Yes, very!

      Great!! I have some problem and may be can't take payment in that moment.
      I asked Doogi about payment preriod. She said it about 5 days by normally but if I have problem I can tell her and she can wait for me. but finally i can take payment in 5 days preriod ^ ^. I very impress:D.

      easy, I use paypal.

      3 days after confirmed payment > < very quickly!!

      Yes, wigs are very good quality and beautiful color. Kips set are good quality.

      Great! I received notices for order confirmation, payment confirmation, and shipping.

      Very easy.

      How long did it take to ship?
      Less than two hours after I had placed the order and paid. It was great. ^^

      Absolutely. I love the quality of their items.

      Yes. In fact, I think they look even better in person.

      They recieved my payment on 14th, shipped out on 15th and I recieved my package on the 17th

      definitely yes, the style and colour of the fur wigs are perfect!

      mostly~just a small colour difference, but I still love them>_<b

      So-Nyeon-Gi's Uhui head, I ordered white skin but after a few days asked them to change it into normal, and it was OK :) And a pair of eyelashes.

      * When did you order?
      About 20th Oct, a few days after the official deadline for ordering Uhui. I first asked them if the order would still be valid, and they closed the orders shortly after I made mine.

      * Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer?
      Um, directly from 4D, I think they are a dealer themselves ^^

      * How was the communication?
      Great! They confirmed my address a few times, because I made a fuss. And replies were really quick. Doogi is so nice... :sweat
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy, through Paypal. I split the payment in case I got charged from the customs office and there was no problem.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      The preparation took, just as they stated, ~3 weeks, shipping itself 5 days. They apologised for the delay even... Though probably there was none.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Sure! Even the box for the head is really pretty.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Probably yes, it was with make-up in the photos, and mine isn't ^^"

      Definitely.

      Yes. If it was at least a head, because the shipping is expensive. Or during some event...

      If the quality was the same and the price lower than on the site - yes. Or if I wanted a sold-out-and-never-to-be-sold-again item badly.
