  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     2. * What did you order? I made an order for blank Saintbloom Charlotte doll, by email.

      * When did you order? Beginning of April, 2012. The waiting time was three weeks and I was told the exact day when my order would be sent on. It went perfectly like was promised.

      * How was the communication?       The seller was quick to answer my emails, always very friendly and helpful.

      * How easy was it to pay? I paid by PayPal, very easy and nice way.

      * How long did it take to ship? It was very quick, the doll arrived across the globe in only few days! It was sent on Monday and was at my door in Friday morning.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? I think the quality was better than I had expected. As there were yet not much information about these dolls, I did not dare to put my hopes too high, but I am very pleased with the doll herself and the quality of resin and the finishing.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes it did.

      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes, I am.

      Very quick, usually same day!

      Very easy. Used paypal

      She was shipped on April 24th-
      which is when I was told she would be shipped when I ordered on march 31st.
      Right on time!

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      She feels on level with other dolls ive had like FL and DC.
      Very nice solid feel to the resin. I think for her price
      So. she is very cheap but in price only! :]

      Yup, and even more adorable in person xD

    4. Forgot to add a review when I ordered but given that this is a small maker with not a lot of recent feedback, I might as well.

      * What did you order?

      1 blank Charlie, via email.

      * When did you order?

      June 2020

      * How was the communication?

      Excellent. Saintbloom was polite and followed up quickly.

      * How easy was it to pay?

      Easy payment via paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?

      About a month and a half after ordering, as promised, which is absurdly fast for a new BJD.

      Saintbloom only opens short order periods intermittently, which is inconvenient but is probably responsible for the quick turnaround.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

      Yes. Beautifully sculpted, no seamlines, came with a CoA and everything.

      The only problem I noticed is that the S-hooks are a little cheap, but I can swap them out.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?

      Yes.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?

      Yes.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?

      N/A

      * Would you order from this company again?

      Yes.

      Maybe, but I prefer the recently added double-jointed arms, so it'd be a tough sell.
