Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       My very first BJD: Full operation Ryoma whiteskin with default type A faceup, bodyblushing and my second doll: 70 Emotional male body with Ray head, ws, similar to type B faceup (similar on request, see below), bodyblushing.
      * When did you order?
      Ryoma: 18/1/2014 and Ray: 30/3/2014
      * How was the communication?
      I was always satisfied with the communication. Especially for my first order I contacted them quite often via the 1:1 contact board as well as the Q&A section on their hp, and the responses were always on time, very kind and helpful. For my second order they really went out of their way to make sure the faceup would be to my liking. I requested to have eyelashes added (Ray version B doesn't seem to have them in the company pics), and in the process I received pictures which allowed me to further choose the faceup/eye color according to my preferences. This was all exceptional service, as it wasn't a "custom" faceup. Regarding the body blushing of Ryoma, I told them afterwards for my next order I wanted less blushing on the neck, which was taken into consideration for Ray accordingly. I had some general inquiries on the production process lately (without a current order) and those questions were also answered adequately.
      * How easy was it to pay? very easy via Paypal (in full as well as for layaway)
      * How long did it take to ship? ~ 2 months each
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? Nothing was broken, as the packaging was excellent. However, Ryoma came without his movable nipples, but with regular ones blushed very nicely. Their order form for him doesn't give an option, so I assumed they would be automatically included. Further, I asked for them directly, but probably also due to the many inquiries I sent them, this was overlooked. I really don't mind though, nevertheless I told them about it and got an immediate apology. Probably most people who order bodyblushing wouldn't want the movable nipples and vice versa. Which makes sense. Besides, there were so many extra items (clothing, shoes) added plus the offer to compensate for it in my next order (which they did well enough), that I found no reason to complain.
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? Accommodating and very friendly.

      * How was the communication?
      Excellent! The artist even shared WIP pictures of heads they were working on with me because they were actually making a character I mentioned I would like. A very nice and friendly person.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy, I paid the invoice through paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      It was very fast, only a few weeks before I had them in hand.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      No, everything was fine.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      N/A

      Absolutely! I have purchased from them a couple of times since then.

      Only a few weeks. Very fast.

      No everything was fine and the heads are beautifully packaged.
