      I didn't need to contact them for anything. I didn't get a shipping notice, so if I hadn't checked the website by chance I wouldn't have known until it turned up.

      A week, despite one of the items being resin.

      Yes. The glasses and bag are nicely made, and the Seed resin seems good quality, although the sleeping faceplate is a bit tight on the head.

      How was the communication?
      I couldn't communicate with them. Somehow, I was never able to place a question on their Q&A before I ordered !
      After getting the dragon though, I was able to place the Question so either their forum had problems or I have no idea !!!

      How easy was it to pay?
      It was easy = paypal

      How long did it take to ship?
      My order got shipped on 21st of November and he arrived yesterday on 25th of November.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      No . I am very happy with the sculpt but I am very disappointed with the sanding / finishing step. There seem to be NO finishing / sanding step because doll came with cracky looking seams and they are VERY obvious there. Also, the doll is NOT sealed or w/e sealant they are using is not successful because the doll was wrapped in a pillow and once I opened it, the claw and leg of the right part were placed closed to the body and that stained his belly part badly. There is lines and black marks all over it. Worse is when trying to remove them, they just also remove the paint underneath! I am truly shocked by this quality

      until now NO . I am waiting for the company replay to see if they will fix that for me or not.

      I wrote to them yesterday but they didn't replay to me yet, though I could see their was 3 views on my question, one if them was me so I am pretty sure they already read it though no reaction/respond yet.

      Not in my mind but if I will, only blank dolls

      I think so - if it was customized by other artist or blank only though.

      I wasn't able to post on their Q&A board before I submit order. I had questions but they never could be asked / answered. I wrote to them the 2nd day after receiving the doll [was just trying my odds] and it worked. Communicaton is VERY bad. I only got them to answer me after informing them, that I need their answer if they plan to give one, since I am submitting my review to the community [they kept me waiting for 8 days to answer me directly once I said that].
      They are misleading, not direct and will try to go around and make things not accepted, and all your problem. They never took responsibilities for anything and they didn't once answered my question which I repeatedly asked, why don't you seal the doll? why the information on the product page don't see that or say that dolls won't be sanded ?.
      I sent them a box opening video because they claimed my photos were not taken the same day I opened the dragon, and then they decided to delete that last message of mine, block me from entering their website.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      No . Very bad quality for that price. I paid for a doll that priced equally to fairyland / Lati and the quality is less than any of my other dolls. They don't sand seams, they don't seal the paint and they don't care to be clear about it on their selling thread.

      No .. !

      Not at all

      They blocked me and deleted my message where I showed a video box opening of the product, as they didn't believe in the photos I sent of the problem and accused me of sending photos taken later than the day I received the doll, which was not acceptable to them and making my claim invalid.

      Not sure if I want to give any profit for this company though I love the sculpt ! I ordered it because I loved it after all !
      I truly feel very responsible to say: I don't advice this company to anyone out there.

      There wasn't any kind of communication from the company at all. I just noticed my doll was shipped because I went and look at the order status by chance.

      1 month and 1 week.

      It was ok.

      The doll itself was ok and as expected. However, the eyes the doll came with were absolutely full of scratches. They are so deep you could clearly see them when the doll is pictured.

      I contacted the company and asked for a way to solve the situation about the damaged eyes and they didn't do a thing to solve my problem at all. They just replied to me that the eyes were not included in the price I paid and than the eyes, being glass, can be easily damaged. It was so unprofesional. I replied to them very dissapointed because they treated me as if I was a fool not knowing anything about glass eyes... but they NEVER replied back nor did anything to help me with the horrible eyes I received from them.

      No if I can avoid it. They're so unprofesional and the customer service is terrible.

      Yes. I prefer this over buying from them again.

      I sent them several messages via their QnA Board. They were polite and friendly, and their English was clear and easy to understand. I also asked sometime during his production if he could be sent with the new smaller hands, and they said it was no problem!

      Order Shipped 10th of April, a bit over a month all up.

      Yes ~ Brandan is very cute and very well made! His posing can be a little finicky though.

      It was. The dragon is adorable and the quality feels good. There are minor seam lines on him but those are easy to remove with a bit of sanding (I purchased my dragon blank)

      He did, except mine was ordered with no makeup.

      I'm very happy with the items I ordered. There's nothing to complain about.

      There was no problem. However the questions I asked were answered quickly and the replies were very friendly.
