      Pretty good. Sadly the Christmas ensemble was out of stock, and they did not refund the total value, saying part of the cost was shipping, though I had already paid shipping on the other item. I let it go eventually, but that was a bit frustrating.

      Rather easy.

      About a month, but interestingly as soon as I message them it always ships, so I think reminding their warehouse that orders aren't shipping is helpful.

      Pretty good - the order was delayed/lost for quite a while (typhoons and hurricanes will delay things...), but we kept each other updated and they were extremely helpful.

      Very easy.

      To ship took about a month, due to the pants being out of stock, shipping time itself was about four months. Which is quite a long time, but again, communication and transparency totally made up for it.

      Absolutely.

      Between the quality and price, along with the other gifts included, I was extremely satisfied.

      Excellent. Alice was very quick and responsive and answered all the questions I had, especially about how to pay by layaway. At one point I messed up and thought my order qualified for free shipping based on the event Alice was doing at the time (order $100 in accessories and get free shipping). It didn't actually, because the accessories I had bought were all from the company Ringdoll, not Alice's Collections. Even so, Alice was still kind enough to give me significantly discounted shipping.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      I paid in three layaway installments. Alice sent me an invoice at the beginning detailing all my costs, and then I paid by Paypal. It was easy and completely stress-free.

      Five days.

      Fantastic! I had an issue with choosing the correct shipping for Hu Xiaodao, but Alice was great to work with and we got the issue solved quickly. I also asked this month when my doll would be shppied and Alice replied promptly that my doll had been shipped. The tracking said it had been delivered! I use a mail drop, so this was a pleasant surprise, lol.

      First order took two months for the doll. The second clothing order took two weeks.

      Yes, very! The doll is so cute, I had to get him, lol. I'm very happy with the company face up and the sales promotion that I was able to get him with the face up for the same price as a blank doll. The clothes fit my guy perfectly, the wig is good quality too.

      I started a layaway with Alice on August 29, and paid it off the third week of November (I don't remember the exact date anymore).
      * How was the communication?
      Communication was fantastic! Alice answered every question I had and was very patient while I got paypal set up. Every time I sent a payment, I received a confirmation email from Alice within a few hours. The only misstep was my shipping confirmation, and that wasn't Alice's fault. Souldoll didn't send the shipping notice and tracking number until the day I got the doll in the mail.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      It was easy peasy! I paid through paypal every two weeks, and only missed one payment due to a financial priority that popped up family-wise. I paid double the amount the next time I made a payment, and the doll was paid off.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      I paid it off the end of the third week in November, and Souldoll shipped it out on December 9. I received both the doll and my shipping notice from Alice's on December 12th.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Absolutely. I couldn't be happier with my boy. The quality was well worth the price I paid.

      Well, I got him in normal skin rather than the sandy brown pictured in the sales pictures, and I didn't get his clothes or wig, but even with those differences he looked like the sales pictures.

      Amazing! I asked them a few things during this time and they replied so quickly and clearly! I also changed the shipping method for this order and they let me change with no problems. They told me when they got my payment and shipped DHL as promised.

      Super easy. For the main payment I just did it though paypal automatically and for my extra shipping payment they gave me a link with the payment amount added. I had no problems it was perfect!

      Shipped on January 03 2017 and got here on the 09. Already super fast, but It would have been faster if not for the weekend and my city being slower paced! Took longer to get from my own cities DHL center to my home then it took for it to get here from China! xD I'm very happy with how little time it took!

      Super great! MYOU dolls are some of the nicest dolls I have ever seen, but since they are not ACs I'll focus on that in a MYOU review. ACs own Wig, head cap, and boots are wonderful quality! The wig fits her like a glove and has elastic so it makes it fit even better! The hair is so soft and stays in place better then any of my other wigs. The head cap is the perfect size and very easy to get on. Really helps too! The boots are adorable and better quality then I could have hoped for! I love them! I can't believe what I great deal these products are! They even sent a free clean eraser and eye putty! I really needed them too! :D

      Yes and better! MYOUs photos are stunning but don't do her justice! She is even cuter in real life and the clothing is even better too! ACs Wig, headcap, and boots all look even cuter in real life too and the quality is better then I expected!
