Definitely, the boots are gorgeous The pants are great, too.

The jeans looks a bit darker in real. The boots look much better than on the photos!

* How was the communication? Excellent! She was very quick with the replies and confirmation. Had some questions so I e-mailed her prior to ordering and received my answers the next day. Also received an e-mail from her because I didn't know I have to order over $35 to qualified for free shipping, so she gave me an option to pay the shipping fee or add another item to equal $35. It wasn't exactly $35 but she let me have free shipping anyway. Great customer service!

* How long did it take to ship? I added another item a couple days later after my first order. It was shipped within a week after that and item arrived on 7/23 but I didn't know. Found a notification from UPS in mailbox yesterday and went to pick up my package today.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Still waiting for my doll to arrive so haven't tried the items on him, but they look pretty good for the price.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, the jeans fit great same with the shoes and the eyes are very nice

* What did you order? Limited Edition Doll Family H, Nan Gong, 1 pr of glass eyes and 1 pr of sneaks (trainers) to fit the 70cm doll

* How was the communication? Beyond great! I'd made a mistake in figuring my shipping, but with a discount that was going on, I ended up with a small refund.

* How easy was it to pay? I had no issues, used a VISA debit card

* How long did it take to ship? Almost 60 days as the doll had to be made before shipment. It was a bit under that though. The doll left AC's and was to my home in 3 business days. Doll shipped on a Thursday and arrived Monday.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, I was very pleased with the quality of the items vs the price.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Everything looks great in pictures, but I knew my doll did not come with clothes. Naked and bald, but perfect and like the picture. Shoes were great too.

* Were you satisfied with the product? Very much so, I know that shipping from one country to another things can happen, so my box was a bit damaged. My doll however, was not... he is perfect.

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A

* Would you order from this company again? Yes and in a heartbeat if I found the right doll through them.

* Would you buy this company's products second-hand That would depend on how the last owner cared for the item. I believe that if it was still NIP condition, that yes I would. Anything used is buyer beware. (IMHO)

The quality way exceeded my expectations because the sales pictures are really bad. I was impressed by the fabric, cut and the fit when I tried the clothes on my doll. The shoes also fit very well.

No, as I said above the sales pictures doesn't show how great their stuff are.

Alice's communication was GREAT. I didn't realize that there was a board on site where the shop would contact you further with questions, and after consistent attempts to contact me on site, they emailed me to get a hold of me with their questions. I absolutely applaud their determination and dedication to contacting a customer rather than giving up.
* How easy was it to pay?
Simple as Paypal.
* How long did it take to ship?
Shipping took the expected amount o ftime with two weeks to produce the item and then overseas shipping.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Quality was perfect to the picture. The Item in question is sold as fitting 1/3 size dolls, and it does fit my boy fine. It's a little short on the rear, gapping in sitting poses, but that is expected for generic clothes meant for sale for more than one mold (just like clothes for real people at a department store).
* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
It most certainly did.
* Were you satisfied with the product?
I am satisfied.

I absolutely intend to. Their stock is mostly female goods, but if I find something on there for my doll, I'll snatch it up.

Probably would, but a lot of what they carry is stock from companies for sale, not their own creations. So it'd be like buying those companies goods second-hand.

A few weeks, then the EMS shipment arrived pretty quickly. There were no delays this time- sometimes there have been small ones in the past, but I am always notified if there's a delay via email, and that's great I think, and makes it all okay. ^^

AC has some of the best prices I've seen, and the goods I've received have always been quality. ^^

Everything but the boys' dress shoes I ordered. The description clearly stated that they came in 1/4, 1/3 and 70cm sizes and gave measurements for each size. I ordered 1/3 and got 70cm.

They sent a kind of nasty note telling me that the shoes only come in 70cm size and suggesting that I "try reading the decription before I place orders"

It shipped on October 5, but the tracking number didn't work. Finally arrived last week.

Definitely. The price for each individual item was only slightly more than dollmore, and the clothes were sewn beautifully. I was surprised by the quality. Most things fit my MNFs great (two shirts were too big and bulky; all short-sleeved shirts fit perfect). They did not fit my JID. (Just for info purposes; also, I did not ask for custom sizing.)

Better, because their sales pictures aren't very good for the most part, and most of their models are SDs. The green shorts-jumper was not at all like the sales pics. Very thick, bulky, and looks silly on the dolls.

A while. I believe the website said, "15 days" for production, but it took about a month or so? It took three weeks to get to me via airmail.

The quality is excellent. The dress is amazing. Beautifully sewn with no problems whatsoever.
