Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. What did you order?
      I ordered a Bertram head.

      When did you order?
      I think my order was placed around December 8th.

      How was the communication?
      Communication was excellent - prompt, friendly, articulate, detailed. (Yes, they speak English.)

      How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy. He sent a list of all charges including Paypal and shipping fees and the address to send payment via Paypa.

      How long did it take to ship?
      I waas told the head would be shipped after the tenth, I was given a tracking number on the 11th and it arrived on the 13th.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Absolutely.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      The blank head looks exactly like the images on their site.

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. ^__^

      I can't remember the exact day, but the head was mailed about two days later

      The communication was great and she was so nice!

      How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy. Paypal!

      About 2 days from payment confirmation

      AIL was friendly and coomunicative.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Fast and easy. They gave me the breakdown and total amount and I made the payment via paypal.

      How long did it take to ship?
      They shipped my head one day after my payment was confirmed.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes. They gave me free wig too. ^__^

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes.

      I am very satisfied. Bertram is beautiful and dealing with AIL was painless. I won't hesitate to buy from them again. :love

      I placed my order on December 10th. Arrived in Australia on 13th December but I missed my postman lol!!!

      How was the communication?
      Excellent English and very helpful and patient. They responded to me about 12 hours later after each email I sent them.

      How easy was it to pay?
      They accept paypal and wiretransfer, they sent email with breakdown of head cost plus shipping.

      How long did it take to ship?
      They shipped my head one day after my payment was confirmed.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      For SUCH A BEAUTIFUL HEAD HELL YEAA!!!! It was $210 (total with shipping included) I also received a free fur wig....but the wig didn't fit him.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes.

      He's very beautiful and haunting, just perfect I love him to bits --> pics

      Ordered Jan 25th. Arrived Feb 9th.

      How was the communication?
      I purchased from YJ through a YJ agent only 5 days earlier before they put the heads in mail order ^^; So, initially I didn't directly communicate with AiL. But later on once the head arrived with a pair of complimentary glass eyes and one eye appeared damaged upon shipping. I wrote to AiL. They were great to communicate with. Excellent English and very helpful to help solve the problem. We ended up by AiL sent me 2 pairs of glass eyes for replacement free of charge.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Via paypal and wire transfer.

      How long did it take to ship?
      In my case, it took me about 2 weeks.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Absolutely YES! Tho I have paid a little bit more for the 10% agent charge, I still found it worth the price!

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes.

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      Very much. >____< I'm looking forward to buy from them again.

      March 29th 2008, arrived April 7th (It was delayed for a couple of days by the customs/post in my place)

      How was the communication?
      Communication was amazing. Replies were prompt, polite and updates were given accordingly in a timely fashion. Standart English ^^

      How easy was it to pay?
      Easy, through Paypal ^^

      How long did it take to ship?
      1 day after the payment was received 8D~<333

      I'm very satisfied with the service they offer. They even replied to my e-mail during week-ends (it was a Sunday when they confirmed my payment was received). I will not hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

      Great communication as before. Very prompt replies were given to each e-mail.

      The same day the payment was received 8DDD (They got the payment in the morning, they sent the head, I got shipping notice in the evening)

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes.

      Yes.

      Yes I am.

      Once again AiL gave me a very pleasant shopping experience. I'll be waiting eagerly for their new items in the future ^^

      very quick, usually w/in 12-18 hours, as we're on opposite sides of the world expecting faster would be unreasonable!

      How easy was it to pay?
      Quite, was given total in Yen and PayPal acct address and paid that way.

      How long did it take to ship?
      Was shipped probably w/in 24 hours of payment!

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes - the resin and sculpt qualities are wonderful!

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      The blank head looks exactly like the images on their site.
