It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. * What did you order? Two Dollheart steampunk sets on preorder.
      * When did you order? 11/15/10
      * How was the communication? Excellent. Very friendly and accommodating.
      * How easy was it to pay? Very
      * How long did it take to ship? I presume it was shipped almost immediately after arrival from Dollheart. They sent me a shipping notice on 1/13/11, it took 13 days to arrive, which is good from there to here.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Very much so. I <3 Dollheart!
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Very!

    3. * What did you order? Two Dollheart Fukubukuro (during the Nov preorder)
      * When did you order? 11/30/2011 (date of payment)
      * How was the communication? I was in contact with Charlotte and she answered very quickly (with much patience, I should add) and was very friendly the whole time. I was even lucky enough that they put me in the in their Nov order.
      * How easy was it to pay? Easy. They invoiced me after telling them my PayPal address.
      * How long did it take to ship? Arrived on the 01/10/2012. I assume the delay was due to the Christmas and New Year holidays. But they apologised that it took so long.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Well, it's a mystery bag.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? As I said, mystery / grab bags. So it's a hit or miss, but overall I'm okay with the bags I got.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? n/a
      * Would you order from this company again? Oh yes. Since they're an official European dealer they charge as much as DH for the items but I don't have to pay customs. I also got a free handmade strap!
      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Depends, but I'd consider it.
