Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       He seriously reminds me of Jun. I think it's the nose.

      I wonder if his head is waaaay too small to be put on an MSD body. *recalls Kurenai-head-on-MSD-body auction and winces* Probably. Wish someone had an SDC body comparison with the slimmer dolls like LF/BF or even DoD (probably too pink, though). I quite like the look of his head, especially the eye shape and eye lines, but I'm not keen an a mature body, no matter how well it poses (beautifully, I'm sure!).

      My Kaede is really lacking the upper lip so it has to be added artistically.
      Come on Volks!! we need an upper lip. This is the Isio lip.

      Yes his face looks allot like Jun who I couldn't fall for. His good looks will have to be brought out by the right makeup.

      Kinda a bummer I wanted a top lip for the price! I LOVE his body and the concept.

    19. Yeah, the more "actual" photos of him I see, the more undecided I get on whether I lovelovelove him or not. His lips look a bit "smudged," and I prefer more defined lips, and I can't get over the fact that he looks just a little too much like Isao. What I love about my Kaede is that she doesn't resemble any other Volks sculpts IMO, and I was hoping Arashi would be unique in that was too.

      And I don't know, I guess maybe I'm being too hard on the little guy, but I just thought, as an SDCute, he'd be a little more ... "cute," I guess.

      I know with the right faceup, he'd look much improved, but "as is" direct from Volks, I think he's kind of just "ok" now. :crushed

    20. Yeh can't beat your Segi's face for lips!

      I will be passing on arashi though his body is fantasic.
      They did the same smudged lip with Kaede big blob on the lower lip and no upper lip!

      The face is just too jun for me also and with Iso lip.

      They picked the two ones I didn't like and made a boy! LOL

      Well I spent WAY too much already on my two unoa boys so I will call it quits for now.
      Still praying for a Madoka release.

      As always there will be some stunning Arashi redo's and who knows I might win one on Yahoo Japan one day!
