1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Around the world people

Jul 4, 2014

    1. One thing I've so far loved about being on here is the fact that I've talked to so many people from around the world not just from America! I've talked to some people from Germany, Thailand and Moscow!
I was thinking, what has been the most interesting/coolest/wonderful experience you've had with people from around the world?

    2. I talked to someone from France over deviantART about art and music and things. And after half a year she was in Scotland, over here for a gig of a band we both like back in 2012. I just generally thought it was a great experience, and we had a lot of fun. They're over again next week to see me again which is really cool. There's something about meeting an internet friend face to face that is super exciting.

I have friends dotted all over the world but to meet someone from over-seas was really great c:

    3. A lot of people in this hobby are confident with meeting up with people face to face, especially ones they meet on the internet, and sadly I can't say the same thing for myself. It's not that I'm afraid they're a 50 year old perv in disguise or anything, I'm just nervous and feel like I'd have nothing to talk about once we meet up, you know?

Although I really like the idea and would like to get over this weird anxiety of mine :P But for now, I love making friends with people from different parts of the world who have different cultures and share the hobby as well, not necessarily meeting up face to face, since that it quite rare and not easily manageable :) You get to learn many things and it's a heck ton of fun lol!
