I don't think there are any in stock on the website right now, it usually says "Ask for it" when it's sold out (meaning it's not in stock right now, but you should send an email to her and double check -maybe she has an extra or can at least let you know if or when orders could open up again.) Also, there's always the market place here you could check for a second hand doll. So far the clothing issue hasn't been too bad for me, though I am hoping to buy mine some more things soon. I have a lot of clothing for Blythe dolls, and the sleeveless stuff actually fits my girl nicely! (The dresses with sleeves have arm holes way too small to fit Nena's hands though) Good luck
I have Nena and many MNF. I'll try and take a photo for you tomorrow. I didn't think to try on my Blythe clothes on my girl. At the moment she wears a dress that was made for an Iplehouse Kid (from etsy). It's a bit big on the shoulders but it's ok if I pin it back. It's all that she has though! I've not even tried to get her shoes yet! So any tips on the shoes would be great. Edit: I tried on my Blythe stuff and sadly nothing fitted. Even the sleeveless stuff was too small a hole for her hands to go through.

I think she is smaller than the Nena02. The Reira is 35 CM, and I *think* Mononita is around 26. Edit: I just checked, and Mononita is 27 cm with a 4-5 head. Not sure if that helps with your original question.
