1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Best recommended 27cm doll's?

May 6, 2008

    1. My next dolly has definatley got to be a 27cm tiny, I would really love a SD Yo-Tenshi, but as i live in the UK im struggling a bit, and can't seem to get hold of one.

(apart from ebay, but they are all FAR out my price range)

So, I was wondering which 27cm's you guys recommend, and pictures are of course WELCOME!

      THANKS XX
      :clover:clover

    2. I have to Ciao Bella Bambcronies. They are 26 cm, and are beautiful, with many molds to pick from! Also they are not as pricey as Volk's yo-sd. A BC without face-up and not including shipping, will run you $286. Here is their homepage!

    3. I adore the Bobobie Isabella and March...you can get resin in blue and green etc :) They fit in Barbie clothes too which is a bonus...they run 100 dollars

    4. my fave ~26cm tinies are the leekeworld D line, the previously mentioned bambicronies, and luts honey delfs

but there are lots of other choices in that size range (dollzone tinies, rosenlied tuesdays child, customhouse tinies, dream of doll's new babies... to randomly name a few...)

    5. My favorites are Rosen Lied Tuesday's children...top quality and so pretty-even their basic dolls!

Domuya Potpourri - quite reasonable ..amazing body to pose , there is one in the marketplace ..in France I believe ...

and dont forget Ted and Hanyuu - these are very close in size to Yo ...and are just the most beautiful dolls ...I have to say love these love the quality

and I also reccomend Bobobie March and Isabella ...I love mine, although these are a more slender mature body

    7. If you want a doll with wings like the Yo Tenshis, consider Bambicrony Ciao Bella or Soom Teeny Gem. Both have versions with magnetic bodies and wings, similar to Yo Tenshi dolls. ^^ I don't know much about the Teeny Gem dolls, but I do half a Bambicrony elf (the elves are the ones with magnetic bodies that take wings) and I think she's great. :D

If you don't like their heads but want wings you can also make a hybrid with those bodies and certain heads, or if you don't care about the wings you have even more choices. There's really a large selection of dolls in that size range now, they're quite popular! ^^

in the same size-range, i really love the customhouse petite ai line. darling faces, pretty face-ups and a great size/weight to them. above is my petite ai harmony of january uriel (tallulah). the posing is not as great as the bambicrony dolls, but all i had to do was wire & suede (both easy things to do) ... and she can sit, stand and pose like a charm. :)

    9. I'm with Tiny bear, I love the Bambicrony Ciao Bella girls, but love even more the Bella Bambi (31cm), so beautiful...Rosen Lied Tuesday's Child are gorgeous girls too.

Mordain, I love your petite ai harmony, she is such a pretty little girl and I love her little bob cut...makes me want to pick her up and squeeze her....(I've just added her to my wishlist and shall be checking out the customhouse web site).
      Goodluck with your search StrawberryCharlotte.

    10. There's quite a few 26-27cm darlings out there so hopefully you will be able to find a cute winged tiny you'll love.

I would love to get a Yo-SD boy, but I am going to go with a Dollzone BB Jing for now.
