Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. What did you order?
      I ordered a Dollheart Time Rabbit Set, and bought a Blindflower YO-SD shirt and an SD shirt as well.

      When did you order?
      June 30th, 2014

      How was the communication?
      Great! Fast communication, very friendly responses, and they were willing to answer all my concerns.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Really easy. I paid with Paypal instantly.

      How long did it take to ship?
      Not long at all, considering that Bird&Lace specifically ordered the Time Rabbit set for me from Dollheart. It wasn't part of their usual stock. My order arrived on July 24, 2014, so less than a month!

      Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      Nope! Everything was extremely securely wrapped and boxed neatly, better than some other actual companies I've ordered from.

      If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      Whole thing went off without a hitch.

      Would you order from this company again?
      Absolutely! It's really great to have a new dealer in my home country!

      Great! Always answered all my emails within 24hrs. Very kind and friendly.
      How easy was it to pay?

      Super easy with paypal
      How long did it take to ship?

      Items where pre-order but once they got them they shipped to me very quickly. Got them in two days after shipping.

      No

    4. What did you order?
      I ordered a Blindflower MSD outfit (shirt and leggings).

      When did you order?
      August 3rd.

      How was the communication?
      Communication was great. They sent me an order confirmation right away and were quick to respond to emails.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy. I used PayPal at checkout and it was done. They do say that they have to calculate shipping first and will invoice you for it later, but this was not the case with my order. This might be because there was a delay (more about that in questions below) and they maybe just decided not to charge me for shipping.

      How long did it take to ship?
      There was some sort of problem processing my order, so it did not ship until after I sent them an email on the 16th asking about it.

      Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      Nope! It was packed very nicely and everything arrived to me in great shape.

      If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      They handled the shipping problem (above) very well. Once I emailed them asking why my order hadn't been shipped yet, they were very quick to send it out! They also were quite apologetic and sent me an extra pair of leggings as a gift, which was a really nice gesture. I was really happy with their handling of this problem - even if I hadn't gotten a bonus gift out of it (lol), I would have been happy because of their professionalism and the personal attention they provided.

      Would you order from this company again?
      Yes and I'm planning to! They were a breeze to deal with.
