It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. BJD Events @ IDEX 2010

    1. I have been asked by the IDEX Staff to announce several BJD events that they are planning this year.

      For those of you that don't know... IDEX is the "International Doll Expo." it is mostly for the trade, but open to the public as well. This year the dates are January 28th - 31st. It will be held at the Rosen Shingle Creek 9939 Universal Boulevard Orlando, FL 32819. Collectors attendee fee is $20 (see below for package deal), and the show floor and retail rooms are only open to collectors (the public) on Saturday 12-5:30 and Sunday 9-2:00.


      Package Pricing:
      For $50.00 you can come for all the BJD goodness!!

      includes:

      • Admission to the IDEX show floor and retail rooms during collector hours. (Sat 12-5:30, Sun 9-2:00)
      • Admission to the Saturday Evening BJD Mixer & Meet-up Event. (Sat 6-9PM)
      • Admission to the Sunday BJD Sale Room Event. (Sun 3-6PM)

      BJD Face-Up with Berdine Creedy and Michele Hardy
      Come and experience an easy and wonderful way to be able to change your BJD from one look to another. With the knowledge and artistry of Michele Hardy and the resin face sculpt of Berdine Creedy, you will create a new look for your 10” ball-jointed doll. There will be resin double-jointed, new engineered bodies available for those interested. Provided: All materials and supplies, including a resin Creedy BJD Head.

      American BJD Gathering Hosted by Goodreau Doll LLC
      Mix, mingle, and meet a few new up-and-coming American BJD artists. Don't forget to bring your favorite BJD for "America's Top BJD Model". Categories include Best Overall, Best Attitude, Best Accessorized, and Odd Doll Out (only a mother would love me). All American BJDs are eligible to participate. Bring your dolls and join the fun.

      Also, wanted to add that if anyone is interested in a table to sell BJD items at the Sunday Meetup/Sale Room... there are still some available. It's $50 for a 6 foot table. (see their website for more info)
