1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

      UPDATE : OCTOBER 12, 2008

-- Well, our big move is finally over with and I'm now making progress getting my website updated and running full-steam ahead once again! And I'd like to thank everybody for their patience, even as my procrastination kept pushing back projected dates.

-- Most notable to C&C Dolls is the Marie Antionette era mohair wigs that I've been promising since Spring. Five styles (for males, females, or both), three sizes, and several colors. QUANTITIES ARE LIMITED -- some wigs I have 2 or 3 of, but most I only have *1* of, so don't wait!

      Court Coquette
(Typically a woman's style, but I think the black in particular has a "Kingly" look about it.)

      Court Affairs
(Also typically a woman's style, but I think a man could still pull it off.)

      Masquerade Ball
(Obviously a woman's style, or possibly reserved for the dandiest of dandies.)

*I would like to thank my dear Alexander (Narin) and Gaviel (Husky) for modeling the more flambouyant styles for me.

    2. 10/13/08 - CORRECTION!

I DID IT AGAIN! - If you tried to buy any of the GENTLEMAN'S COURT WIGS in the past couple days and were unsuccessful, PLEASE TRY AGAIN. I somehow skipped over those when I was entering the inventory numbers, so anybody who tried to buy one would be told they were all sold out when they were not. However, a couple ARE now sold out (8/9 brown, 8/9 black), but I do currently have 1 in each of the others. The quanties HAVE BEEN UPDATED so if you're getting an "Out of Stock" message after this, it is correct. But if the one(s) you want is sold out, I WILL be ordering more, and I *may* also do a pre-order, I haven't decided.

    4. As a bassoonist and a lover of Mozart and all things 18th century, I just love this thread, however, the stimulation to my imagination is going to cost me a deep dip into the purse. LOL.
