Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. CannibalLollypop bought my Soom Glati =) She was super friendly, replied within a couple of minutes each time and really patient and understanding throughout the whole thing <3 I was able to go from having her enquire to agreeing on everything and having the doll to her the next day, so really, it couldn't have gone better ^_^ 10/10

    5. I took part in her Soom Cheshire split for one of the heads. When the split had been hosted everything worked fine, good communication and everything couldn't have been better. But when the split arrived it had been more complicated. It took her ages to ship out and the communication had been really bad, most of the times there weren't any communication at all, pms weren't answered- someone had to contact her through other pages until she post a notice in the split thread. In the end my head arrived 2 months after the split arrived at her place, wrapped in a bubble foil envelope. Luckily the head survived this kind of shipping.

      I feel a little bad to post everything here, but I thought it's important that other possible split partners/buyers know that her communication wasn't very good and the handling of the split in the second part more a mess than a good one. In the end I got my head, but I would never join a split of hers again.

She kept me up to date and let me know when she would ship. I received the doll in perfect condition with good packaging. I would gladly buy from her again. A+

      We agreed on a layaway plan with a $50 deposit for a Soom doll, the initial deposit was delayed once.
      When I received no word on 2nd deadline for deposit,
      I sent a message and was cited personal reasons for not being able to pay the deposit.
